New 6-week exercise challenge: 6/13 - 7/24
I have been gone for a long time. And in that time, I have put on 35 lbs!!!!! NOT happy.
But I told myself last night that I needed to get back on here and read, read, read.
I went back to my blog and re read it twice.
I started doing water workouts last week. Man, I was sore.
Since I have a stress fracture on my rt foot, I am going to the gym in the AM and riding the bike for 20-30 min. A few machines. Started that this morning. Felt good again.
I am down for 1800 for the next 6 wks. Will do more if I can.
