New 6-week exercise challenge: 6/13 - 7/24
If you don't know the drill already...the idea with the exercise challenge is to "pledge" a goal of how many minutes you will exercise over the 6-week period. Then each week I'll post asking for totals and will keep a chart tracking those totals and progress towards goal.
As an example, my goal is to exercise 45 mins 5 days per week, so over 6 weeks that adds up to 1350 minutes.
