Thanks for replying back Nora. Sometimes we put our heart and sole into trying to encourage and the OP might not let us know that they read what we wrote.

Welcome to the boards !!! I  know where you are coming from though. I  signed up almost a yr ago and I felt the same way :o)

In fact a couple of weeks before my surgery I stayed away from the boards , I couldn't deal with the stress . Surgery is scaring enough especially when you have kids to take care of and you hear all that . 

Come in here and do your thing either ignore people or block people .

Good luck in your journey .  With them little ones you wont need to exercise much they will keep you busy enough lol.
