given me the opportunity to enjoy our annual vacation to Texas.  I went ice skating, I went on several walks in very hot weather, and the biggest thing was zip lining at a place called "Wired".  http://www.ziptheusa.com/    Check out the video on the bottom of the page to see one of the 4 lines that I went on.  You can see pics also, not of me, but of the spiral staircase and towers that I climbed up and on 2 of them there were ladders I had to climb to get to the platforms.  It was an amazing experience that I would not have been able to do 2 years ago.  I did it!  I loved not being held back by my weight.

I lost a few pounds while gone for a week and I enjoyed some really good food.  I didn't have any individual pics taken, but I will post a family pic that was taken at the Dallas Arboretum.  My hair was pulled back in a ponytail since it was so hot out, so it doesn't look the best.

I love my band and the health it has given me.

Thanks Z!  It was very warm there, up to 100+ degrees.  We always joke that it's a dry heat compared to Iowa's humidity.  We came home yesterday and there was a cold front moving through and the temp**** the low 60's with over 2.5 inches of rain and it hailed several times today.  Quite a dramatic change.  It's thundering right now, so more thunderstorm warnings right now.

Cool!  Isn't zip lining fun?  One more thing we have in common!

You look great Kristi, more like your daughter's sister than a mom!

I'm so glad you had a great time!

You are so sweet Lisa!  The scariest part was having to climb up a ladder from one platform to a higher platform and walking across the rope bridge.

Can't wait to meet ya someday when you visit Iowa!  : )

Sounds like soooo much fun!  Sometimes the NSV are more rewarding--doing things you couldn't have done before!  That's so great!  Would love to try zip line someday.

Your family is beautiful!
