MOST Filling Lunch Ever! Product Recommendation
I mention I went to Trader Joes and pick up a few new items.
1. Eggplant Hummus 35 Calories for 2 tablespoons
2. Edamane Thin Crackers - 38 for 140 calories
3. Chicken Patties - 1 patty 140 Calories
Today I tried 4. BBQ Pulled Chicken - it was delicious it comes in 3 servings for 140 (I picked up alot of 140 calories items LOL) I was going to spilt it into 2 servings depending on the amount for 210 and calories and I didn't need too .. 1 servings was MORE THAN enough and I'm stuffed .. I had a small side salad on the side.. and I think it was even too much next time I will have a small side of green beans instead.
I'm all about cooking and eating less processed foods but summer is here and in Vegas it gets so hot to be turning on ovens and stoves and I cook for just myself so these meals are very easy and filling just need to up the water to combat the sodium

Yes it's a speciality store.. I did a quick check and they have stores in Ohio I'm not sure how near its to you but look it up.. http://www.traderjoes.com/
They have some great products but like in everything you have to watch the calories, portions etc.. I love their steel cut oatmeal they come in mircowaveable bowls so you can take them camping with you .. actually a lot of their stuff is either perishable so it a quick mircovwave heat up or frozen so same thing..
Hopefully there is one not to far from you

Hi Marl, where in NJ are you? I think I heard of one opening near East Windsor.... I have friends down there who were telling me the other day. I hope that is true because I may be relocating down to New Brunswick area... (I'm from northern NJ)
all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
Air conditioning is precious and expensive so yes I don't want to waste my A/C on the stove LOL
I went to the one in Henderson because it was near where I was at the time but this weekend I'm going to hit the one in the West side of town.
I'm also going to look up a few more items like Flax seeds etc
