Great I will have to check them out.  I'm pretty much addicted to Glenny's Soy Crisps for the last couple of years but yours have more protein (18 grams vs. 8 grams...major diff!).  Always looking for new and improved versions of the things I love.  Thanks!

yes it is almost Friday!!!  I am right now ignoring the fact that I have to work on Saturday, but off Sunday...silver lining!!!

B:  GNC Amp chocolate protein, 2 tbsp. PB2, 6 ounces skim milk, splash of DaVinci white chocolate SF syrup

S:  Greek Yogurt plain with 1/4 cup blackberries and a package of Stevia

L: 3 ounces deli herb baked turkey, 2 wedges light laughing cow blue cheese spread on them, 3 grains first crackers

D:  100 calorie tuna packet, 2 chipotle light blue cheese wedges

S:  1/4 cup blackberries

60 minutes elliptical, 25 minutes weight circuit

That looks like a messload of food and I thought my calories would be higher, but they were only 835 for the day.  No Bueno!!!!  I did get in 99 grams of protein though!

Okay if you think that's a lot of food, you must think I am out-of-control!  LOL.  That's what is awesome about making proper food choices.  You can eat A LOT in a day and still stay within the proper guidelines.  I'm all about it girl!  Here's to FOOD. hahaaa

I had the yummiest dinner tonight.  I took 1/2 papaya. And inside where I scooped out the seeds, I  took a cooked chicken thigh, some purple onions, and a tiny bit of mayo all chopped up together.  I put that inside the scooped area.  It was so good, and I felt like I was visiting Hawaii again.
Lisa--I love Fage Greek yogurt!!!  It is the best, and so creamy.  I mix in fiber sprinkles, and 2 squirts of whatever sugar free syrup sounds good at the moment.  Today I added PB2 also  Yummy!!!
One day at a time, and one meal at a time, and I WILL reach my goal!
