Thank Goodness it's almost Friday :)

Early: Coffee
Breakfast: 1/2 egg white salad TraderJoes Ranchero
Lunch: Out with friends for a birthday... Salad Bar
Dinner: Not sure.. headed home after work 1/2 a luna bar then gym then home and dinner maybe chicken patty & edamane that sounds good

Gym tonight - Run (i hate it) it's more of a jog/walk then elliptical & abs

ahhh Thursday... it's so freakin hot here in NJ... 100*... hazy, hot, and humid... grr.  When it gets this hot I just don't eat...

early: dunkin donuts iced coffee light with skim and equal

b: 2 hard boiled egg whites (I didnt eat the yolks!)

s: not hungry

l:  it's 1:30p and I'm still not hungry but I may go down to the cafeteria at work and get a small scoop of tuna salad

d: i think all I want is ice cold watermelon... and a protein shake!

ive been sipping on ice cold water and crystal light lemondade all day

zumba on the wii tonight... it's too hot for a run out there!

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

Its in the high 80's and gets up to the 90's by the time I leave work and head to the gym.. I don't know I choose the summer to pick up running again LOL usually by the time Im done I need to sit and regroup..

HAWT new profile pic, Bubbles!!!  It goes perfectly with your hot day?  LOL.  Watermelon is one of the very few things I can't eat.  *TEARS*

B: green monster protein smoothie
L: salad with roasted chicken
S: vanilla chobani and a couple pieces of cantaloupe
W2: 30 Day Shred
D: Another salad and fresh fuit..... it just feels too hot to do any real cooking! And I have spent the day outside with all the kids so cold fruit sounds so good right now. Plus there are left over turkey burgers for the rest of the family.

Holy schnikees I am BUSY...can't wait for the dang weekend to get here for my Dad's 76th b-day celebrations. It's cool and gloomy in San Diego today...opposite of what most people on here are describing.  WTH! :)

Early:  BSN Lean Desserts Protein (Whipped Vanilla Creme), 2T PB2, 2 pumps SF Pineapple Syrup, 1 pump SF Coconut Syrup (tasted like a Pina Colada!), 3/4c Silk Pure Almond Milk, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, ice

B: 
1/2c Flax Snax Hot Cereal (Butter Pecan flavor), 1/2c Silk Pure Almond Milk, sprinkle of Cinnamon

S:
1 small banana, sliced in half with 2T Better'n Peanut Butter, 1T Sugar Free Honey on top

L:
2.5oz Leftover Italian-Style Meatloaf, 1/4c Low-Carb Tomato-Basil Pasta Sauce, 1/4c LF Ricotta Cheese

S: 3 Raw Broccoli Florets - no stalks, 1/4c Greek Yogurt with fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic salt, cracked pepper, 1oz Cheddar Cheese, 2 Strawberries

D: 1c Slow-Cooker Tuscan White Bean Garlic Soup, small Greek Salad with extra Feta Cheese

Dessert:
1/2c Strawberry-Peach-White Chocolate Protein Ice Cream, dollop of whipped cream, 2 sliced strawberries

Whew...its hot and humid is Missouri too!  Its up in the 100's today and hardly a breeze all day!  I did manage to get a walk in today though! 

Early:  fruit punch spark

Breakfast:  vanilla protien shake made with 8 oz almond milk

Lunch:  container of strawberry greek yogurt

Took the girls to the park around 2 pm.  My 9yr old daughter walked a mile with me while my 2 yr old slept away in the stoller.

Dinner:  turkey chili  (Wendy's chili recipe but I used 1 can of black beans instead of two cans of chili beans and I used ground turkey instead of ground beef),  dollop of plain greek yogurt and a slice of provel cheese or pepper jack cheese.

Snack:  Strawberries and 1/4 cup fat free coolwhip

Mmmmm...I love making my altered version of the Wendy's Chili recipe!  Think I will make it next week - it's been a while. :)

Where do you buy your Ideal Protein products?  Are their brand of soy crisps good?
