I am doing much better then I thought! I weigh myself every morning because that helps me stay on track. Today the scale says I gained .8 #. I am so upset. I guess I am retaining water from the heat, that can be the only reason. Off to get rid of that .8 and his friends. Thanks for listening.

I'm sure you're right.  Just keep following the rules and that little .8 will disappear...

Honestly almost anything can translate to a .8 weight gain, I would not worry. Just stick to your plan :).

I know you want to weight yourself every day but I personally think that is a bad idea especially after your surgery when you start losing slower.

You will get so wrapped up in that scale and make yourself so upset and then you will start to give up and get frustrated .

I can weigh in one day and lose 2 pounds and the next day be up five pounds .

I would pick one day a week to weigh in and stick to that day . I weigh in on Friday's .

After my surgery I plan only to weigh myself once a week. Right now with the pre-op diet it is just my daily reminder:)
