This morning

 It's gorgeous here in southern Cape May County NJ. It looks like it's going to be another 90+ degrees so Im dressing accordingly (if thats possible) and packing lots of fluids in my shoulder cooler as well as making a few protein shakes to cart with...I've got my big hat and sunblock. This day should be not as long as yesterdays16 hr day. I do see the doctor today about last Sundays circus and hope the genetic testing is back with some answers, so the more I plan my food the less nervous grazing I will do, if any.
