B: 1/2c Maple Pecan Hi-Lo Protein Cereal, 1/2c Silk Pure Almond Milk, 3T Fiber Sprinkles, 1 whole small banana, 1 packet of Sweet-n-Low
S: 1/2c Flax Snax Hot Cereal (Butter Pecan flavor - new, really good!), 1/2c Silk Pure Almond Milk, sprinkle of Cinnamon
L: Roll-ups - 2 slices Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, 2 slices Peppered Turkey, 1oz Muenster Cheese, 2T SF Smokin Joes BBQ Sauce for dipping; small Greek Salad with extra Feta Cheese
S: 4 Raw Broccoli Florets - no stalks, 5 White Cheddar Soy Crisps, 1/4c Greek Yogurt with fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic salt, cracked pepper
D: 3oz Italian-Style Meatloaf, 1/4c Low-Carb Tomato-Basil Pasta Sauce, 1/4c steamed garlic cauliflower
Dessert: 1/2c 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, 1T SF White Chocolate Syrup, 1T SF Strawberry Syrup, 2 sliced fresh strawberries, 2T Fiber Sprinkles and 1 piece of SF Almond Roca

60 min of Advanced Zumba with 2 pound weights . I always think I'm going to kill over in this class lol.
Drinking lots of water and peeing alot lol need to get some sodium out of me . I need to cut a hole in my chair and just put a bucket under there . I'm getting tired of getting up every 20 min
@ Lisa... I totally get what you mean about being there for your friend and helping guide her! I'm actually hosting a support group and seminar for my surgeons at the hospital I work at! I do the introductions, tell my story, and have the potential patients call me if they have any questions and or concerns. I guide them pre-op, day of surgery (I'm in their operating room!) and keep in touch with them post op! I LOVE IT! It's why I got into nursing in the 1st place!
Anyway... since it's a long, long day for me....

l: weigh****chers cheddar cheese stick, 1 small can of tuna salad that I made on rice cakes
s: Rita's sugar free mango gelati with ff vanilla frozen yogurt (kids size!) super yum in this 100* weather (heat wave in NJ!)
d: the hospital does not have too much variety today... and don't have time to run out so I'll just have a scoop of tuna salad from the deli in the hospital and cucumber slices!
all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
