What Are We Eating Wednesday????
Early: 8oz Spark and tylenol...I have a horrible headache from a new antibiotic i started yesterday.
Breakfast: low carb/low cal vanilla protien shake with 1/2 T peanut butter.
Lunch: 2 turkey hotdogs (no buns) and 1 sargento light string cheese.
dinner: lemon pepper chicken breast, green beans and carrots

Found some tastless fiber sprinkles derived from 100% acacia fiber. Sprinkle it on something warm. (decaf coffee for me, tea, oatmeal, etc.) It REALLY REALLY helped me last night with my nightime munchies. Hoping it will continue.
Early: coffee, lite creamer
Breakfast: 1 soft cooked egg, 1 turkey sausage patty
Snack: activia yogurt, 1 babybell cheese (light)
Lunch: cucumbers and tomatoes, chicken or fish
Snack: protein bar
Zumba
Dinner: purple hull peas, tomatoes, baby potatoes, chicken or fish
Snack: decaf coffee with acacia fiber
Early: coffee, lite creamer

Lisa Breeze mentioned Fiber Sprinkles yesterday too.. did you order yours online too?? If not let me know what store you purchased them at. I need help moving things along today I ate high fiber cereal.. I'm eating a tad more protein and of course veggies but I'm getting fuller faster since my fill so my carb intake is a little lower.. unless I eat marshmellows LOL
B: GNC Amp Chocolate Protein shake, 2 tbsp. PB2, 6 ounces milk, 1 tbsp fiber sprinkles
S: 2 hard boiled eggs -- ate them about an hour apart. VERY dense and very filling.
L: 1/2 cup turkey chili, 1/4 cup shredded 50% cheddar
D: not sure yet, probably a turkey burger
S: plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup blackberries
1 hour cardio this morning, said I burned 653 calories. No weights, did the circuit yesterday.
S: 2 hard boiled eggs -- ate them about an hour apart. VERY dense and very filling.
L: 1/2 cup turkey chili, 1/4 cup shredded 50% cheddar
D: not sure yet, probably a turkey burger
S: plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup blackberries

lunch-babybel cheese wedge and plain fat free yogurt

As far as fiber I get the benefiber powder and put it in my coffee and crystal light throughout the day. It has no taste and mixes really well.
