Early: Coffee
Breakfast: High Fiber Cereal w/ 1/2 a banana
Lunch: Trader Joes - shreeded bbq chicken with green beans
Dinner: Headed home today (I have been at my mom's for 2 days) Sandwich thin pizza sounds good .. I have turkey pepporoni and cheese and sandwich thins.. yup.. PIZZZA for dinner :)

Early: 8oz Spark and tylenol...I have a horrible headache from a new antibiotic i started yesterday.

Breakfast: low carb/low cal vanilla protien shake with 1/2 T peanut butter.

Lunch: 2 turkey hotdogs (no buns) and 1 sargento light string cheese.

dinner: lemon pepper chicken breast, green beans and carrots

Found some tastless fiber sprinkles derived from 100% acacia fiber.  Sprinkle it on something warm. (decaf coffee for me, tea, oatmeal, etc.)  It REALLY REALLY helped me last night with my nightime munchies.  Hoping it will continue.

Early:             coffee, lite creamer
Breakfast:     1 soft cooked egg, 1 turkey sausage patty
Snack:            activia yogurt, 1 babybell cheese (light)
Lunch:            cucumbers and tomatoes, chicken or fish
Snack:            protein bar
           Zumba
Dinner:          purple hull peas, tomatoes, baby potatoes, chicken or fish
Snack:           decaf coffee with acacia fiber

Lisa Breeze mentioned Fiber Sprinkles yesterday too.. did you order yours online too?? If not let me know what store you purchased them at. I need help moving things along today I ate high fiber cereal.. I'm eating a tad more protein and of course veggies but I'm getting fuller faster since my fill so my carb intake is a little lower.. unless I eat marshmellows LOL

Early:  Coffee/water

Breakfast: Yogurt parfait - Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt, 4 sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup granola

Lunch:  2 chicken tacos

Snack: Turkey sticks/string cheese

Dinner:  Taco salad (ground turkey/black beans/corn/shredded cheese/romaine lettuce)

GYM: 1 hour cardio

B:  GNC Amp Chocolate Protein shake, 2 tbsp. PB2, 6 ounces milk, 1 tbsp fiber sprinkles

S:  2 hard boiled eggs -- ate them about an hour apart.  VERY dense and very filling. 

L:  1/2 cup turkey chili, 1/4 cup shredded 50% cheddar

D:  not sure yet, probably a turkey burger

S:  plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup blackberries

1 hour cardio this morning, said I burned 653 calories.  No weights, did the circuit yesterday.

Yum Chili... I had a long day at the gym last night and it was semi late when I ate dinner so I just rolled through wendys and bought a small chili

I'm tempted to make a pot.. it's getting hot in Vegas but Chili is soo filling!!

Had 2nd fill yesterday so eating light
Breakfast-cottage cheese bite of banana
lunch-babybel cheese wedge and plain fat free yogurt
Dinner-Probably tuna with light mayo and mustard
At least one protein shake somewhere in there.
As far as fiber I get the benefiber powder and put it in my coffee and crystal light throughout the day. It has no taste and mixes really well.

B: Green monster protein smoothie
L: Salad with roasted veggies and feta cheese
D: Turkey Burger no bun and roasted veggies
W: 3 mile run once the sun goes down...plus watching 7 kids now that summer is here (4 are mine) that counts as exercise right?
