Turkey Sticks
I found some at Kroger's today but they are made by Old Wisconsin they are back where they keep the jerky and things like that .
Mine has 7 grams of protein for six of them , for 80 calories, 5 grams of fat. 300 mg of sodium a little high on that for only six of them but if you drink lots and lots of water you would be fine :o)
I'm going to try them today before I go to Zumba with some cheese cubes :o)
Your calories are alot better then mine

something different to try - ostrim ostrich jerky sticks:
a thousand times flavorful & easier to eat than regular jerky & many flavors.
i have the natural flavor right now & the stats are:
1 stick - 80 cal / 1.5g fat / 2g carbs / 14g protein / 300mg sodium
i keep these in my car / gym bag - kitchen.
