lap band vet needs help

so yeah, I've been here on OH for over 3 years now and I still can't figure out how to change my avatar??? My profile picture is way out of date--- like 30 pounds ago! But can't figure out how to change it, even after following the directions, it still puts my old one back!
Anyone willing to help???

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

It takes a minute or two for it to show up. You can hit F5 and it will pop up sooner.

ok Jan. First step is you need to crop your photo. We're going to use http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/ to do this. If it doesn't crop it to the area you want. You may need to crop it yourself in another program first and then try again.

Once you have your photo shrunk- DO NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION on that page. Just right click on the photo and save it to your computer.

Then you can go to MY OH - Manage Avatar and upload that photo from your saved location on the computer. Give it a few minutes to change over. It should work. Easy peazy! Let me know if you have trouble.
