What Are We Eating Tuesday?

Early:       Coffee with lite creamer, protein bar
Breakfast:  1/2 turkey sausage, egg, and cheese muffin
Lunch:      1/2 parmesian chicken breast, 1 spoon potato salad
   Curves Zumba
Snack:      cheese, Atkins protein shake
Dinner:      Fish or chicken (not sure yet), and mixed vegetables
Snack:      activia yogurt (and hopefully no night sabotage munchies)(yikes!)

Got back on track yesterday.

Early: 8oz. Spark

Breakfast: Beverly International Vanilla protein shake made with 8oz 2% milk (i ran out of skim & had to use my daughters milk)

Lunch. 1 inch square of meatloaf and 1/8 cup sour kraut

dinner: 2 tacos from Taco Bell (ate the "innerds"--didnt eat the shells)
