What Are We Eating Tuesday?
Do you have Kroger grocery store or Smiths in your area? I find the Carb Master Yogurt are way better than the flavored greek ones.. lower in carbs, sugar, calories but a tad less protein 8 grams ...
I'm not a huge fan of the greek yogurt unless I use it for sour cream.. or when I make my mock ranch dip and dip veggies in it.

Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein (Whipped Vanilla Creme), 2T PB2, 2 pumps SF Peach Syrup, 3/4c unsweetened almond milk, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, ice (this one was BOMB yesterday so of course I'll prob have it for a week straight..you know, my "kicks" of stuff lol, This one tastes like a 50/50 bar - GUH)
B: 1/2c Vanilla Almond Hi-Lo Protein Cereal, 1/2c Unsweetened Almond Milk, 6T Fiber Sprinkles, 1/2 small banana, 1 packet of Sweet-n-Low
S: 1/2c 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, 1T SF White Chocolate Syrup, 1T SF Strawberry Syrup, 2 sliced fresh strawberries, 2T Fiber Sprinkles
L: 4 TJ's Meatless Meatballs, 1/4c Ricotta, 1/4c Low-Carb Pasta Sauce, 1T Parmesan Cheese (uh-ohhhh, another "kick" (fml) but damn its so easy and tasty)
S: 1/2c Flax Snax Hot Cereal (Apple Cinnamon flavor)
D: Charbroiled Veggie Patty, 1 slice Cheddar Cheese, 2 slices Turkey Bacon, 2T SF Smokin Joes BBQ Sauce (holy **** this stuff is ridonkulously delish), 1/4c steamed garlic cauliflower
Dessert: Another slice Shelly's 5-minute Protein Cake (Pumpkin Cream Cheese flavor), dollop of Whipped Cream, 1T Fiber Sprinkles, Sprinkle of Cinnamon

I asked Lisa the same thing a while back, so I know her answer. The fiber sprinkles are from Netrition.com and are little granules that look like grape nuts. You add them to foods to give them more fiber. They are great for regularity (if you get what I mean). I think they work better than Benefiber.:)

Yep...she's spot on with the fiber sprinkles. I'm addicted.

Oh yeah, TJ's has so much good stuff, right? YUM. I should shoot you my shopping list sometime. They just built a new one a mile away from my house and it's the shiznit. I think they built it just for Lisa B. They should have named it Trader Jeezees. :)

Its me.. I get tight I think because its still hard to be there w/o my dad and talking about him just makes me sad and I get tight.. so I don't eat much yesterday I had 1 chicken taco.. downside MY mothers house is full of treats!! She is soo bad about that.. just I'm not going to lecture she knows she needs to do better!
Anyways.. yes please email your list.. i spend a good 20 min in there .. I want to make sure I don't miss anything.. the only thing is I do watch my sodium so anything over 500 is a no-no but I would prefer even lower :) but being single and eating for 1 it's such a hassle to cook seriously.

I don't have a problem with eating but still feel something is not quit right I have an appointment tomorrow with the doctor. Hope it turns out to be nothing

l - 2 mini corn tortillas with 2oz chicken w/green salsa, cilantro/onions
s - small handful of cashews
d - not sure yet, might have to have some soup - tummy is not happy today :(
i'm doing alot better with my water intake, yay! :)
