Didn't sign in here yesterday to put my foods in.  Was the day from hell!!!  Having a better day today, kinda. LOL  Nothing to do with food, just my work stuff.

B:  GNC Amp chocolate protein shake, 2 tbsp. PB2, 6 ounces skim milk

S:  1 wedge laughing cow light garlic and herb

L:  3 ounces turkey breast with laughing cow light cheese spread on it and then rolled up, 2 grains first crackers

D:  3 ounce turkey burger, 1/4 cup Trader Joes organic mixed vegetables

S:  if I am hungry which I am often not at night I will have a plain greek yogurt with blackberries and a splash of Davinci White Chocolate SF Syrup.

I had bought the flavored greek yogurts, figuring that I was getting in between 13 and 14 gms of protein per container.  Yes the sugar was higher but I justfiied that it was still good!  Well, the plain has 18 gms of protein, 10 grams less of carbs and only 100 calories compared to anywhere from 150 and up.  AND it tastes MUCH better with fresh fruit and a splash of SF syrup.  Now to figure out what to do with my greek already flavored yogurts!
