I will be in an airplane on my way to the USA!

It'll be so interesting to be back home after living 1 year and 4 months in Korea. The reverse culture shock will be something to experience.

I am excited for low-fat, low-sugar and low-carb foods... I am excited to attend my support groups again and meet bandsters... I am excited to have accessibility to all things that help me lose weight!!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
