Breakfast: 2 low sodium ham roll ups and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
Lunch: Salad w/grilled chicken
Dinner: Not sure I'm headed to my mom's ... I think I will stop at fresh and easy and pick up soup.. at my mom's my band is tight!! It's stress

Gym: Run/Walk - 30 min
Elliptical - 20 min

Breakfast. Strawberries pineapple and cantaloupe with a tablespoon of fruit dip

Lunch. Grilled chicken salad with extra veggies

Dinner. Tonight is my once a month pizza night so having a slice of pizza with a salad

Lunch:  small salad and 1 chicken taco

'Snack: turkey sticks/string cheese

Dinner: not a clue.  I never know until I get home and have a taste for something.

GYM: 60 minutes of cardio

Snack - 1/2 apple & vanilla Greek yogurt for dipping

Lunch - sushi

Dinner - 3 oz. meatloaf & 1/2 cup homemade coleslaw 

Snack - chocolate protein shake


Gym - 30 minutes w/ trainer (core work)
           15 minutes elliptical

No early coffee this a.m. Seeing the PCP for 6 mo. blood draws...back on cholosterol meds:(

Breakfast:   1/2 turkey sausage, egg and cheese muffin
Snack:       1 small Orca Spice LF SF Chai Tea (yum)
Lunch:       3/4 grilled chicken sandwich with honey mustard
Snack:       4 or 5 small cheddar cheese rice cakes
Dinner:      1/2 parmesian bonless chicken breast, grilled veggies (onion, peppers,     
              squash)
