OMG yes - I totally remember you...geez, that seems so long ago now considering my journey thereafter!!!  Congrats on following through with your surgery - were you able to get insurance to front the bill?  Were they able to perform it laparascopically (remember, mine was converted to an open procedure due to scar tissue)?

Ahhhh yes I remember the liquid diet all to well, girl!  Hang in there, it will get better as your diet progresses. You can see above and on my daily threads just HOW much I enjoy my food (LOL) and new life.

And, I am here for you if you have ANY questions along the way (we BOB'ers are few and far between, you know!  I just love to mentor newbies!).  This site has helped me immensely to stay on track and the support I have found on this forum is nothing short of lovely and amazing thus far.

I have the utmost confidence you will ROCK this BOB! Glad you found me.  Let's keep in close communication.

Cheers and congrats!:)

OMG that sucks!  I thought I was the only one that felt like this after my fills/unfills (when I used to have to get them).  I dreaded fill day, yet looked forward to it at the same time, ya know?  I hope you get some relief.  Sounds like warm liquids would be the most soothing, I agree with your menu today.  I'd wait until tomorrow morning maybe to try the yogurt - and drink some hot tea first. Take care of you!  Cyber-hugs...

How do you do so well on the weekends?? I usually get so busy I forget to eat.  And most of the time I only get in two meals.  Did a little better today but still way low in calories.  UGH!  Today though I did fill a huge container up with water and zero half/half iced tea and brought it with me when I went shopping for shoes!!  Oh, huge NSV, my feet aren't swollen anymore since I lost some weight, so now I am able to wear awesome shoes again! Yay me!!!

B:  GNC Amp Chocolate protein, 2 tbsp PB2, 6 ounces skim milk, 1 tbsp fiber sprinkles

L:  2 ounces deli turkey rolled with 2 slices of laughing cow light cheese, 2 grains first crackers

S:  almonds and dried cranberries 1/4 cup

D:  3 ounces of pork loin lean, 1/4 cup organic mixed vegetables, 1 small roasted potato

840 calories
32 gms fat
54 gms carbs - 22 in the potato alone.  not sure it's worth it.
82 gms protein - a little low for me but can't eat anymore tonight

I guess because I've been doing it so long, my body and brain know when I need to eat spaced out along the day...or I get ravenous and grumpy if I wait too long.  LOL

How are the fiber sprinkles and PB2 working out for you? I noticed a major difference ("regularity" lol) in a week!!

Wow, didn't think it was the PB2!!  I noticed that although I am not "going" every single day, which probably wasn't all that normal in the past, LOL, I am going better then before.  Used to be pretty painful, now not so much!

Wow, that was some conversation. haha
