Advice about eating in between meals

Jen...it is ok to eat between meals...just make sure it is a positive contribution to your nutrional goals...

Red bell pepper & carrot sticks with two tablespoons of greek yogurt ranch dip (pint of NF greek yogurt mixed with 2/3 packet of ranch dip mix) is a great heathy snack and will satisfy a crunchy, savory craving...adding protein and vitamins to your diet.

I eat 4-5 times per day...sometimes a late morning snack of a rf cheese stick and a mid afternoon snack like the one above or half an Atkins Advantage bar.

My other meals tend to be very "by the book" and about 250 calories.  I aim for about 900-1100 calories and this fills the bill.

Drinking water first when I am hungry between meals also helps me to determine if I am hungry or just thirsty...sometimes it feels the same!

Thank you everyone for these wonderful tips!
I will be making some greek yougart dip and cut up some fresh veggies for snacking. I find myself eating out of habit and not out of hungar. This has to stop as its holding up my weight loss.
