Post workout: 1/2 scoop syntrax in crystal light with 1/2 Dole naturals pink grapefruit
L: Greek Chicken, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, Green beans
S: not sure yet
D: left over shish-ka-bob or brisket, roasted broccoli & cauliflower
S: protein bar perhaps

Step 370 cal, HR 163 (new instructor is fantastic!! I was wringing wet when finished! No dreadmill needed)

b: Dannon greek ff greek yogurt strawberry flavor and 1/2 cup of fresh cherries
l: grilled chicken salad (made it myself with grilled chicken- marinated in zesty Italian dressing overnight and then grilled, cucumbers, peppers, red onion, ff mozzarella, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes and then mix some ff zesty Italian dressing and chill overnight) on top of some romaine lettuce... I've been craving salads
d: not sure... have my support group tonight so maybe a salad from Chipotle or Panera.

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
Bubbles - when the weather gets warm like it is now, I crave salads too. They're crisp, refreshing and just hit the spot!!!

Not feeling so hot today. I overdid it in the garden yesterday and parts I didn't know I had hurt, plus it feels like I'm coming down with something, blah. But, I walked this morning to try and work out the kinks. Not very hungery yet and nothing sounds good; my main goal to day is to try and get in some protein and water.

Experienced a leak in my port, and had no restriction for over 9 months. Had leak repair surgery on 1/31/11 and am back on my journey again! :)
