Good Books?
I had my surgery almost 4 years ago and I didn't have a lot of luck finding books on it. However, I'm sure they have plenty out there now. The Bandwagon book is supposed to be good. Jean who is a frequent poster on OH is the author.
I personally, find Clean Eating Magazines, books, and recipe books to be the most helpful. Our eating needs are the same as anyone else, except we have to be more mindful of portion sizes and some people are sensitive to certain foods. I'm not sensitive to certain foods, I just have to be sure the meats are not too dry. After surgery, I had to commit to a healthy permanent lifestyle change. I choose to use "Clean Eating" as a way of improving my diet. Best wishes!

I got this one after surgery, but I hardly use it at all now.

Really all you need is to choose your ingredients then google for recipes. Like if you have chicken & broccoli in your fridge, then google low calorie recipe chicken broccoli and go from there.
Jean's book would be a good choice. I also highly respect Jessie Ahroni and she has a book out too, but I don't know if there are any recipes in it.
