OH man am I sick!

I haven't felt right since I rode a "Tilt-A-Whirl" this weekend.  I had to scream for the ride attendant to stop so I didn't throw up my breakfast of two hard-boiled eggs and I've been naseous ever since!  I can't believe that the nausea would have stayed with me this long.  Maybe I ate something bad???  All I know is I'm at my desk sipping water and praying that it doesn't come back up.  I'm petrified of throwing up with this band!

Some old-fashioned remedies for nausea are ginger tea or candied ginger.  Sometimes peppermint tea will work.

Call your doc and see if they will phone in a script for phenergan or I think the newer med is called Zofran.

Hope you feel better soon.

If you happen to throw up then it is strongly suggested to only do liquids for 24-48 hours after. K

Ug...I never threw up but by 1pm yesterday I had a temp of 101!  I'm all better now so I'm thinking it must have been food borne.  Yuck...what a day.  I was petrified all night that I was going to vomit...
