What soup do you all eat?

For whatever reason I have been on this kick of soup lately...
Was wondering what the best "bang for my buck" (low fat, calorie and carb)  would be.?

Thanks,
Steph

We like Taco Soup and White Chicken Chili, both homemade.

Canned?  The progresso light soups aren't too bad.

I was banded on 03/09/09, so it's taken about 2 years.   I'm still working on another 10 to 20 to 30lbs, but it's more of a "see where I end up and how do I feel & look"  mindset now rather than a "I gotta get this weight off" thinking.  :)  a bit more relaxed attitude.

Thanks for the compliments.   I don't think I've accomplished all that much.. until I go and look at the one outfit that I kept..  and then it's pretty astounding.

Be cautious.  I love soup, but also found myself turning to it more often than not because it's "easy" to eat.  In my case I decided that it was a maladaptive eating behavior becuase I was turning to soups and chilis instead of putting in the extra time and energy to eat dense proteins.  Homemade soups are best because they don't have the high sodium count.  I also like the Imagine brand in the carton.  They are low in calorie and sodium.  Chili from a can is too high in fat, and sodium and often sugar so you are better off making your own.

Today I limit the amount of soup I eat because it's not that filling and usually doesn't provide the protein we need for a meal.
