Hey Lisa,

I'm doing okay :o)   We got our camper in and just bought a new boat so I have been so busy doing that not on the puter that much lately.  We just got done spending five days up at the camper and going back up Friday .

Took a two week break from exercise was getting burnt out I just needed to get away from it for awhile, but started again this morning it felt good :o)

food wise is going okay . I'm struggling to get meals in right now to be honest.  We are just so busy at the campsite between boating, fishing and playing ********* I just plain forget to eat plus its been soo hot up there especially the last few days .

Other then that doing good :o)

it is Lisa :o) I have lost four pounds in two weeks .  Im hoping since I didnt do exericse for two weeks it will help the weight loss again we shall see this week when I weigh myself :o)

Heck I was  happy just to lose over Memorial Day weekend. lol. Even though we have a camper it's still harder to eat proper up there so I fight with the extra sodium up there when we camp .

I will still ask the doc if he wants to give me a small fill or not . I just dont know my weight loss total since I last saw him is 12 pounds in two months which is pretty good since I went almost 2 .5 weeks of not losing anything ,  and Im still not hungry between meals shoot Im lucky on some days to even eat three meals a day we shall see next Monday when I go see him what he wants to do .

Oh yes, it's a MUST! 

Some of my faves (so far): Mounds Bar (chocolate protein powder + coconut syrup), Pina Colada (vanilla protein powder + coconut & pineapple syrup)...and of course, Thin Mint Cookie (chocolate protein powder + peppermint syrup + sugar free chocolate chips). My next one is going to be Strawberry Cheesecake (she uses sugar-free cheesecake pudding powder in that one + vanilla protein + strawberry syrup).  GUH. 

And the fact that this food is actually GOOD for you?  Imagine that...lol.

I look forward to my apple and peanut butter snack.  It's quite yummy!!!


B- one egg, slice of low fat cheese, wheat tortilla
L- chicken sausage, one cup cottage cheese, one cup strawberries
S- apple, one table spoon peanut butter
S- 12 oz protein drink (post workout drink)
D- 5oz ground turkey, two table spoons salsa,  one table spoon refried beans, one wheat pita

Thank god for short weeks!!!

B:  GNC Amp Chocolate Protein, 2 tbsp. PB2, 6 ounces skim milk

L:  1/2 cup chili, 1/4 cup 50% low fat cheddar

S;  4 Stone Ground crackers w/ 2 wedges laughing cow light cheese wedges

D:  4 oz. grilled tilapia, steamed edamame


40 minutes elliptical  - 20 minutes lower body workout

I need to try edamame again...I ate it about a year ago (used to be a pre-op staple for me) and OMGah it gave me the WORST toots!  Just sayin'!!!!  I've been steering clear ever since but maybe the piping can better "manage" it now!  HAHAAAAA okay TMI, let's get back to menus.   Sorry everyone.

The same people who make snap-pea crisps make a snack size pouch of edamame.  And they were giving away samples for a while.

If you haven't had snap pea crisps.. try them.. they're good and not too unhealthy.. LOL
