Anyone been to Buffalo NY for lapband?

Hi
Anyone have any recommendations of doctors in Buffalo NY, and also a cost.  I'm doing this with my own money, I haven't insurance, and am trying to invest in the best doc with a reasonable price point.
Any help would be great

I had a lapband done at Synergy and wouldn't recommend them. I switched to Dr. Hoffman at buff gen who is much more experienced. I have np idea what the cost out of pocket is.
