Have any of you tried these?

Nope --- I take 2 adult-strength chewable multi-vitamins a day
and I take 5,000 IU of Vit D 3 every day

not that brand.  I do use sublinqual b-12.  I think I use a Walmart brand.

it is a pill or liquid?  I wanted to see what kind of b-12 that is out there I can take after my surgery when I have it done(around the end of summer) and did it help boost ur energy level up.  

It's a little tiny pill.  kinda raspberrish flavor.  Very pleasant.  I put it under my tongue and let it melt while I fix my coffee and get my other vits/supplements ready.

I have no idea if it boosts my energy. I'd have to go off of it a while to know and I don't want to do that.
