What are we eating this Monday?
So cute, Lisa!!! Looks like you girls had a blast.
Breakfast: Slice of turkey and cheese while packing up my lunch, LARGE coffee w/ light cream
Lunch: Turkey roll-ups w/ mozzarella & basil leaves, dipped in balsamic vinegar
Dinner: Leftover stuffed eggplant from last night...my aunt's is the BEST!
Snacks: fat free Greek yogurt, almonds (if needed later - oddly enough, I'm not all that hungry today)
