What are we eating this Monday?
Breakfast- 0% Fage yogurt w/ 1oz blueberry almond granola; early grey tea w/ skim milk and 1tsp turbinado sugar
AM snack- 5 nutcrisp crackers (pecan) w/ goat cheese
Lunch- mexican shrimp ****tail w/ mango
PM snack-
Dinner- 4oz grilled chicken breast, spinach salad w/ mandarin oranges
Exercise- 45 minutes on the treadmill

S: P28 bread + PB
D: Stirfry w/ peanut satay sauce
Exercise: P90X chest & back then treadmill for 15-20 minutes.

SW: 245lbs CW: 131lbs GW: 125ish.
From a size 20 to a size 2! Woo hoo.
So I don't have my band anymore - but I wish I had restriction like when I did...and could only eat the small amounts and feel satisfied! Hope you don't mind me posting here now and again to keep myself accountable!
E - 12 ounce latte made with unsweentend almond milk
B - 1 cup of whipped cottage cheese with 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean and 1 cup of mixed berries
S - 1 large apple
L - 1 cup of fiber cereal with 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1 cup of mixed berries
S - 1 cup of tomato and roasted red pepper soup
D - pan seared scallops with brussel sprouts
Doesn't seem like much but it adds up to about 1500 calories!

Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein Powder (Whipped Vanilla Cream flavor), 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk, 2T PB2, 1T SF Strawberry syrup, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, Ice
B: 3/4c Hi-Lo Protein Cereal (Maple Nut flavor), 1/2c FF Milk
L: 3oz Blackened Mahi-Mahi, 2T salsa, 1T White Sauce (made with Greek Yogurt), 1/8c shredded cheddar cheese, Sprinkle of parmesan cheese
S: 1c 0% Plain Fage, 1T Coconut SF Syrup, 1T Strawberry SF Syrup, 2T Fiber Sprinkles
D: 3oz grilled chicken with 2T SF Buffalo Wing Sauce, 1/4c garlic string beans
Dessert: Not sure but probably will finish my Protein Ice Cream.
