B- BSN Fresh Cinnamon Roll protein powder with 1 Cup of unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and ice

L- 3/4 cup taco meat, 1/2 cup calabacites (corn, squash, green chile, and onion)

D- not sure yet, looking for ideas

W- 3.5 mile power walk, 1 hour of weight lifting

So, what did you think of the Cinnamon Roll?  That one is SO good with DaVinci SF Pumpkin Pie Syrup or mixed half and half with the Banana Creme Pudding powder. :)

Mmmmmm I will need to get some of the Pumpkin Pie syrup, for sure!!  The Cinnamon Roll flavor was good.....not as good as the banana cream, but it was still delicious!!

Try half-n-half with the banana and cinnamon...it tastes like banana bread to me! Girl, you know I get creative lol. :)

Hi guys,

Last weeks fill just kicking in (and Kicking my butt)!

B- 1/4 cup 100% whole grain oats w/ milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract & stevia. Vitimins

Mid Morning- 2 cups of tea. Sip- Sip- Sip

L- 1/2 cup chicken salad.

S- Not sure yet.  Maybe Tomato soup.

D- Still planning.  Maybe more chicken salad.

Going to be a LONG day today.  Got up for the gym at 5 a.m. and now was asked to work for a co-worker tonight at my second job from 6-12.  Going to be exhausted!

B:  GNC Amp Chocolate Protein, 6 ounces skim milk, 2 tbsp. PB2

S:  Trader Joes Honey Greek Yogurt

L:  1/2 cup of chili, 1/4 cup of 50% reduced fat cheddar

D:  4 ounces tuna w/2 light laughing cow cheese wedges

40 minutes on the elliptical today - 530 calories
20 minutes lower body workout - YAY I am cleared for weights!!! I'm going to be hurting tomorrow I think!
