allergic
whiny
irritable
a malcontent
HOWEVER...I am ALSO:
gonna try again today.
gonna work on bounderies so I have time to eat properly and take my medicines
going to reach out and support someone else in the wls community
filling my fluid bottles up for transport

How is everyone this morning and whats your focus today?
I am having a good day so far. Increased my speed on the treadmill a little. I was going to cut back to 30 min. but found I could do 45. I have about 5 pounds to loose. I figured out my cals over the last week and it's higher than I thought. I also need to watch the fat and carbs. I am feeling really motivated today. Hopefully the increase in intensity of my workout and tweeking my diet will cause that damn scale to move in the right direction. Great thread, thanks!
