Oh Sunday, you've come too fast!  Heading over to my bestie's house for a ThirtyOneGifts purse party.  Never been to one but the catalog has some cute things for my God-Daughter.  Can't wait to see all of my girlfriends. :)

Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein Powder (Banana Nut Bread flavor), 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk, 1T SF Pumpkin Pie Syrup, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, Ice

B:
3/4c Flax Snax Protein/Fiber Hot Cereal (Strawberries-n-Cream flavor - have to reiterate, this stuff has been keeping me regular FOR REAL, I think I will have to incorporate it every day from now on.  Amazing.  Sorry - TMI!), 3/4c Unsweetened Almond Milk

Dessert: 1 serving of Protein Ice Cream (Coconut-Chocolate flavor today)

I DO NOT have a plan today... I have not had a plan in 10 days... LOL

I am however planning my week right now... and getting back to the gym tomorrow after work!!!

 Breakfast- honey vanilla greek yogurt with 1/4 c Kashi GoLean
Lunch- 1/2 a multigrain wrap with turkey, tomatoes, greek dressing, feta cheese, & spinach
snack- l/f cheese stick
Dinner- lemon pepper chicken with salad

I had my first fill this past Thursday.  I'm still trying to figure out if it's making a difference.  I do seem to be feeling full longer...

AM snack- muscle milk light - chocolate (at the gym)
Lunch- 1 cup romaine lettuce; 1/2 avocado; 1 roma tomato; 2oz sliced smoked turkey; 1 tbls blue cheese dressing
Dinner- 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup red raspberries

I think this thread would be better suited for me if it said what are we NOT eating this Sunday. Haha. Sundays are always my I don't care days. Oh well!

Breakfast:  1/4 ham, egg, cheese crossiant
Lunch:      homemade chicken salad, cottage cheese with walnuts
Snack:      8 PB filled pretzel cubes (kinda got stuck, used papaya enzymes)
Dinner:     ff refried beans with 1/4 cup cheese, spring mix spinach salad with
             feta, walnuts, and rasberry vinagarette

Lisa--Hi--me again--Where do you get the Flax Snax Protein/Fiber hot cereal?  I too need help in that area.  And it's not TMI--it's helpful!  Really helpful.:)

In case Lisa didn't see this....(Sometimes OH doesn't notify us of messages), I believe she does a lot of ordering from www.netrition.com   I found this stuff locally at a local health food store.  I bought some pecan praline flavor, but haven't tried it yet.

No problem!  I have this reply saved (I just copy and paste it because I'm LAZY lol) since a lot of people ask me about my hot and cold cereals, so here it is:

Honestly, the Hi-Lo Protein Cereal (made by Nutritious Living) has me completely hooked and tastes fab with our without syrups (I just add them sometimes to switch it up so I don't get bored, but its sweetened already and delicious on its own).  It comes in three flavors:  Original, Maple Pecan & Vanilla Almond.  All are delish and have the consistency of bran flakes (its the new Raisin Bran lol).  Here are the lovely stats per (very filling) 1/2c serving:

Cal: 90
Fat: 2g
Carbs: 13 (but net carbs are only 6g!!)
Fiber: 7g
Sugars: 1g
Protein: 12g

Unbelievable, right?

Same goes for the Flax Snax Hot Cereal...that one comes in 4 flavors:  Strawberries-n-Cream (my fave), Blueberries-n-Cream, Bananas-n-Cream and Cinnamon Spice (2nd fave lol).  I love them all and only add syrup to the cinnamon one to enhance the spicyness, but its not even necessary - they are all sweet enough. :)  Stats per 1/2c serving (again, very filling, thick oatmeal-y stuff):

Calories: 140
Fat: 6g (0 sat or trans)
Carbs: 13g (but net carbs are only 1g - crazy good!)
Fiber: 12g
Sugars: 0g
Protein: 12g
