I love me some FRIDAYS. And finally the sun in shining...as it SHOULD be in San Diego. :)
Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein Powder (Chocolate Fudge Pudding flavor), 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk, 2T PB2, 1/2 small banana, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, Ice
B: 3/4c Flax Snax Protein/Fiber Hot Cereal (Strawberries-n-Cream flavor), 3/4c Unsweetened Almond Milk
L: 2.5 oz Blackened Chicken Breast, 1.5c Caesar Salad (no crouts)
S: 10 White Cheddar Soy Crisps, 1oz Aged Reserve White Cheddar
D: 3oz Pork Tenderloin, 1/4c Green Beans
Dessert: 1c 0% Plain Fage, 1T Coconut SF Syrup, 1T Strawberry SF Syrup, 2T Fiber Sprinkles

YES it is finally nice here too, although they are still talking about thunderstorms.
Oh, BTW, already got my netrition order!!! Awesome protein samples in the sampler box. And they threw in a few protein bars, but haven't had a chance to look since I got home late and left early. Netrition is in Albany, NY which is like an hour from me. I'm going to have to actually shop in their store soon!!

D: Not sure yet. Have to work today again til midnigh and didn't plan well. UGH
Didn't make it to the gym today since I worked last night til midnight and had to be AT the doc at 8 a.m. Thank god the weekend is here!

Can't remember if I told you I love the new pic. If I did it bears repeating. Haven't quite figured the avatar thing out yet. Have pics in my acct. but can't transfer. Eventually I'll either figure it out or get one of my kids to do it.
Early: Coffee/creamer
Snack: 5 PB pretzel cubes, 1/2 protein bar
2 mile walk
Breakfast: 2 soft cooked eggs, 2 turkey bacon
Lunch: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 pear, 1/4 cup walnuts
Snack: 2 motz. cheese stix
Dinner: Not sure, probably leftovers and cot. cheese with a salad or asparagus
Snack: 1 to 2 glasses of wine with friends (oops!)
Early: Coffee/creamer

Lisa - GORGEOUS pic, sweetie!!! By the way, I ordered some of the BSN Lean Desserts Powder, based on your recommendation. Banana Cream and the Vanilla one. I can't wait to try it!!!
Breakfast: LARGE coffee w/ light cream, low fat cheddar and turkey slices
Lunch: We had a taco buffet at work and I made my own little salad - black beans, grilled onions & peppers, salsa, some guacamole, a little sprinkle of cheese and 4 - 5 tortilla chips. It could have been a LOT worse!
Snack: "Naked" Green Monster smoothie (still trying to get rid of this darn cold - thought I could use a vitamin boost!)
Dinner: Probably grilled tilapia and asparagus
