Thanks...it's my new 'do!  :) BTW - that really doesn't sound like too much to me, Barbara.  Have you seen my menus?  I eat like 8 times a freaking day!  Yeah, that's how much I hate feeling hungry. LOL

Worst. Day. Ever!!!  I am so upset with myself.  I did NOT plan well today at all.  Went to the Bronx to visit with my BFF who at age 45 is 6 months pregnant.  I hadn't seen her in forever so I planned the day.  However, I didn't plan meals so well.  Heck, not at all.  We were out most of the day.  We did stop for lunch at a pizza place, not the best for me, but did well with that.  NO WATER at all.  I felt very unsettled by the whole day.  This is torture for a control freak!!

B:  GNC Amp chocolate protein, 6 ounces skim milk, 2 tbsp. PB2

L:  topping off of a slice of marghuerita pizza.  This consisted of two very thin slices of mozzarella and two slices of tomato.  I haven't tried bread yet, no sense in doing it when I was away from home.

S:  Light Baby bel cheese

D:  4 turkey meatballs, 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese - well, I figured I'd make up for some calories and protein by having 4 instead of the normal 3 turkey meatballs.  Of course I have trouble regularly with getting all 3 down, so what made me think 4 would work??  only ended up eating 2 of them.

Any suggestions for when it's very difficult to have a "normal" day?  I am a creature of habit.  Throw me a curveball and its all over :(

I think it sounds like you did very well.  Don't beat yourself up.  Tomorrow is a new day!!
One day at a time, and one meal at a time, and I WILL reach my goal!

I know how diligent you are girl...don't be so hard on yourself!!!  We all have an "off day" (my past ones were WAY worse than this lol) and tomorrow is a new day anyway. Glad you were able to spend some time with your prego friend (45? That is NUTS! Good for her!)

:)
