S:  2 Light Laughing Cow cheese wedges, 1 light baby bel cheese round

D: 1/2 cup Egg Mates, 1/4 cup 50% reduced fat cheddar, 1 TJ vegetable patty

Carbs: 32.7 gms
Protein: 98.9 gms

40 minutes Elliptical - said 570 calories burned -- not sure I believe that much!!!
