I kicked it into HIGH gear this past week and took advantage of the longer days and beautiful weather.

I got 610 minutes of exercise.

thanks for tracking for us -- it really motivates me to get out there!!!

Rainy and cold on my days off and worked the weekend, so only 334 for me.  I did get a minute faster with my mile run on 5/11, so that was a good feeling.
