Starting Liquids!!!

I'm starting liquids tomorrow!!! For 10 full days, I just want to know how did everyone start their day off breakfast snack lunch snack dinner really curious. How did you get through the day? Just wondering

  Good luck on your journey.  My favorite shakes are Premier Shakes from Costco.  They are really yummy.  Von's Deli section makes a really good Tomato Bisque soup.
  One day at a time, and one meal at a time, and I WILL reach my goal!

Variety is the key to making it. Try to keep it mixed up as much as possible. I did get egg drop soup from the chinese place in town.That mixed it up some and is full of protein. I lived off that during my 2 wks before and 2 wks after surgery.LOL   I mixed up my protein flavors and occasionally treated myself to the Gladiator shake no fruit  at Smoothie King. Drink as much liquid as you can hold that helps you feel full. The rest is white knuckling it thru. I won't lie to you ! It is rough but we all made and you can too !!!!
Be ready to shed layers while doing this. Not just weight but You will have some wild emotions and mood swings and will even second guess the whole thing a time or three .LOL But it is all worth it in the end.:) We are all here for you !
As for how I started my day .... I only drank protein shakes or ate soup when I felt physically hungry and drank fluids the rest of the time. Also if you can SF popsicles that kind of makes you feel like you are having a snack.:) I had those around too . The SF jello is the same. I kept it for times when I needed to feel like I was "eating" something. You get tired of drinking everything.lol

Thanks alot today wasnt so bad I had a protein shake for breakfast and lunch I know I can do this. I will have the will power!!!
