Surgery to remove skin.

Thanks for all of your replies. I appreciate it. I have seen so many wonderful after pictures on here that it has been something I've wondered about. Just didn't want to offend anyone by asking if they had any type of reconstructive surgery. For me I definitely think it is something to wonder about. I am young & have dealt with the embarrassment of being overweight for sometime now. I want to lose weight to be healthy, to have children, and to hopefully get rid of some painful medical issues. As well as looking better. I just think that with my low self esteem the loose sagging skin is something that will bring me down as well. If I have the surgery done & lose a significant amount of weight I think that I should do something about the skin. If it is an issue. However, I am concerned about the cost of it. I have heard that tummy tucks, face lifts, and things like that are very expensive. I'm not sure that I could afford something like that. Are there options as far as payment, and what is the cost like for them if you don't mind me asking? I know that prices vary but a general idea would be nice to know.
