What are we eating this Monday?

Early:       Coffee/creamer 30-45 min. later walnuts (7-10 halves)

Breakfast:  1/4 pear with cottage cheese and 2T pecan pieces

    *2 mile walk*

Lunch:      2 T of peanut butter (electricity out in neighborhood)

Snack:      cheese stix and yogurt (elect. back on...yea!)

    *Curves workout*

Dinner:      chicken salad over spinach salad

Im trying so hard to curb the snacking, hard without restriction though. 
Sounds like you are doing great to me!  That was a perfect day of eating. :)

b metifast shake with extra protein powder, low carb yogurt, 1/2 banana

L chicken strip,  1/2 cup cottage cheese

D grilled turkey tenderloin with gravy, green beans
