Hi Bandster Buddies!  The "paddle out" ceremony for Justin was amazing last night.  Right when the lifeguards paddled out, formed a circle around this buoy and spread his ashes, these FOUR dolphins appeared out of nowhere and started doing flips and jumps around the circle!!!  It was spiritually INSANE, you guys. I woke up at peace today for the first time in 2 weeks. He was definitely with us.

Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein Powder (Banana Creme Pudding flavor), 3/4c skim milk, 2T PB2

B: 1/2c Hi-Low Protein Cereal, 1/2c unsweetened almond milk, 2T Fiber Sprinkles

S:  N/A

L: Egg Drop Soup - 1.5c Chicken Stock, 2 Eggs, dash of low-sodium soy sauce

S: 1c 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, 1T SF Pineapple Syrup, 1T SF Coconut Syrup, 1T Fiber Sprinkles

D: 3/4c Nik's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole (YUM), 3 pieces of steamed broccoli

Dessert: 1 slice Shelly's 5-minute Protein Cake (Black Forest flavor - first time making this one and it was amazeballs), Dollop of Whipped Cream

Hi Lisa, I don't happen to know about your situation, but that does sound absolutely amazing, that is so huge for you to feel peace.

I have a question for you, what are these fiber sprinkles you speak of? And are the syrups you are using the Torani syrups for coffee?

Thank you!

Hey Mel!

The Fiber Sprinkles are the SHIZZ!  They are "GQ Unique Fiber Sprinkles" that come in a big tub and are just littly tiny crunchy pieces of low-carb, low-calorie, high-fiber granules.  They have very little flavor but are good (what you can taste).  I add them to yogurt, cereal, blend them into my shakes, etc., for added fiber to keep me regular.  With all of the dense protein I eat, it REALLY helps and allows me to forego stool softeners for the most part. 0 calories, 0 sugars, 1g protein, 5g quality fiber per serving.  I use about 3-4 servings per day.

The syrups I use are actually made by DaVinci, but yeah they are the same idea.  DaVinci has tons more sugar-free flavors than Torani though (I currently have 14 of them and switch them up everyday in my shakes, yogurts, protein cakes, protein ice creams, etc.).  I need variety or I will go wayward from my eating plan. :)

All of the above (and my protein shakes, protein cereals too, etc.) is ordered on
www.netrition.com and they have great deals with flat shipping rate of $4.95.  Hope that helps!

Ooooo.. something else to order from Netrition.  I have a few people that we all get together & place one large order.. and then split the shipping.  Works great!!

Torani & DaVinci have similar flavors in a lot of things.  One of them has a s/f salty caramel that I want to try.   I get Torani s/f chocolate syrup via Amazon.com though.. if you do a "subscribe & save" you get a better price and free shipping.   I have mine setup to where it won't come too soon and when I open the last bottle I log onto amazon and change the shipping date.  Works like a charm.
