Hi Lisa!  It's Sunday now but I am posting on Saturdays thread!!

So good news is the hunger didn't come back today.  Perhaps it was a fluke? A TOM thing? I don't know but I can tell you I didn't care that it stayed away!!!

B:  GNC Amp 60 Chocolate Protein Shake w/ 6 oz skim milk and tbsp natural PB -- I really have to look into that PB Protein powder to save some calories there!

S:  Light Babybel Cheese round

L:  3 oz boneless chicken thigh kabob w/ red roasted peppers

D:  4 oz chunk light tuna plain, 2 laughing cow cheese wedges Southwest Chipotle

I was going to attempt to consume an EAS protein shake but didn't get it in.

Yep, sounds like you might be like me, battling that obscene hunger once a month for a couple days.  Glad that it ceased! And now you know it might be coming again in 28 days lol. :)
