Small victories where ever you can get them I say.
I only change my weight on the tracker when I get officially weighted in at DR office.
So I am 185 now. The most exciting part is when I went on the elliptical I got to put that number in on the screen. 187,188 still had to put in 190. No more yay. I am so excited I had to share.
