Breakfast: Carmel Chocolate Coffee Protein Shake -

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast (3 oz) and Green Giant Creamed Spinach

Snack: Procrunch lowcarb peanut butter cup protein bar

Dinner: hamburger patty (3 oz) and veggies (tomato, onion, avacado, lemon and salt/pepper)

Workout: 65 min Elliptical

45 min weight trainning (abs and arms)
