Breakfast: I think I'm going to have a shake this morning
Lunch: Out for a friends birthday
Dinner: Lean cusine meal and tomatoes but I have it at home and it needs to get eaten

Packing tonight no gym :) I leave for FL tomorrow YAHOO!!

Breakfast: 3 oz cheddar cheese & 3 strawberries
Lunch:  Shrimp Egg Foo Young
Dinner: steak & spinach salad

Gym: Trainer for 30 min & 30 min - treadmill

Early: 8oz Protein Shake
Breakfast: Warm cherry greentea.
Lunch: Turkey burger on toasted bread.
Dinner: 14 Stalks of apsaragus and 4oz chicken.

  Worked out on the treadmill for 30 minutes and 5 on elliptical (Working my way up.) ;)

Have a GREAT vacation!!

B:  GNC chocolate protein shake w/ 6 ounces of skim milk and a teaspoon of natural PB

S:  1 hard boiled egg

L:  1/2 cup turkey chili w/1 oz cheddar cheese and a tbsp of light sour cream

D:  3  oz prepared tuna foil packet w/ 2 light laughing cow cheese wedges - working til 10 tonight at the second job - most portable thing I could find

Supper: eh not sure. I  have no cooking motivation lately.

Hi all!

early: coffee with equal and skim

b: ProtiDiet Peanut Surprise bar

l: bbq at work... grilled salmon with a side of watermelon

d: grilled tilapia (i get a whole fresh tilapia stuff the insides with fresh ginger, onion, and tomatoe put a little white wine on top wrap it in foil throw it on the grill for about 5 min a side... super yum!... it's a Filipino recipe my mom taught me!) with a side of sauteed spinach

water all day and crystal light lemonade!

hoping to get a 5 mile jog in....

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

I'm going to try that fish recipe, Bubbles!  I assume I could use any fish, right?  My love doesn't like tilapia, but another white fish like sole, sea bass, etc., should be just as yummy.  Thanks for the recipe!

Exercise:
Pilates: 85 cal, HR 121
Step: 282 cal, HR 163
Treadmill:  265 cal, HR 176  (3.2 miles or a 5K!)

Have a great time in my home state!  Wish I was there now.

L: 2 Parmesan Tuna Patties (similar to crab cakes), 1T tartar sauce made with greek yogurt & relish

S: 1c Plain 0% Greek Yogurt, 1T SF Coconut Syrup, 1T SF Pineapple Syrup, 1T Fiber Sprinkles

D: 2 Parmesan Tuna Patties (similar to crab cakes),1T tartar sauce made with greek yogurt & relish

Dessert: 1 slice of Shelly's 5-Minute Protein Cake (chocolate butterscotch flavor), dollop of whipped cream
