Same weight for 3 days!

Hunny, if it was "normal" to drop a pound every three days, obesity wouldn't be the issue it is.

Calm down - it will come off.

Thanks for the encouragement.  I was dropping a pound every two days and I loved it.  But now I'm on "real" food so I guess it will slow down.  I'm going to try more water today to see if that does the trick.  Thanks

I weigh every day, too.  I have been "paused since last Thursday, but it will start to go down again...

Like the Padre always says, it isn't a stall... it's a pause.

Thanks for the encouragement.. I hope your stall goes away soon too.  I like the term pause.  I think I'll use that too.

You know I fully understand the weighing every day since I do it as well.  I think you're eating choices have been good so maybe it's just the addition of more sodium causing a little water retention?

Of course, it's probably just the body doing what it randomly does as it's healing and re-learning how to process all the changes it's going through.

I would increase my water intake (if you can get any more down) and see if that helps any?

Hang in there, MurphysMom!  I believe it will be just fine and will start moving again real soon.

I agree with Donnamarie - my weight seems to fluctuate in cycles, too! I will remain at the same weight for at least 2 weeks and then suddenly be down 4 pounds. The important thing is that the weight is going down - not up!
