Same weight for 3 days!
You're not necessarily doing anything wrong. The first 6 weeks (or so) after surgery are supposed to be about healing, not weight loss.
Sometimes our bodies release weight in fits & spurts. Sometimes we're reshaping instead of losing pounds.
Follow your doctor's guidelines/orders/rules/"whatever you want to call them" as closely as you can, get some sort of exercise (doesn't have to be the "knock yourself dead" kind.. just move more than you did pre-surgery), get your fluids in and be patient.
If you had to do a pre-op diet and watched pounds just fall off.. it's particularly hard to see them not come off now. It will happen.

Don't be discouraged!! I know that I have a cycle of weight loss. I've had this cycle my whole life!! I will weigh one thing one day and then be down two pounds, then up one, then down one. You get the idea! At the end of a few days the weight goes down a few pounds and then the whole cycle starts again!!!
Look at this realistically! You know you can't be gaining weight, so let your body relax and settle in. The weight will come off!!
As far as weighing every day, heck I do it first thing in the morning and right before i go to bed. It doesn't mess with my head so I can do it. You have to decide if this is something you can live with!
keep up the good work, follow the "rules" and you'll be fine!
