In Milwaukee unexpectedly for work so I will have to wing the day.

BF: Eggs from hotels breakfast

Snack: ostrich stick

Lunch: scoop of chicken salad

Snack: rest of chicken salad or some strawberriesa

Dinner: insides of a taco fresco

Snack: Strawberries w/ scoop of greek yogurt

Lunch: Green salad with grilled chicken

Dinner: Plain hamburger and grilled veggies

early (and still working on it): caramel iced coffee from DD with Equal and skim

b: ciobani ff greek yogurt in Strawberry

s: (if needed) low fat motzzarella cheese stick

l: scoop of tuna salad with cucumber slices

d: not sure yet... have my Bariatric Surgery seminar this evening, having a small get together with some patients prior to that so maybe black bean soup from Panera!

lots of water and crystal light decaf iced tea!

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

B: Eggs, turkey bacon, and oat bran

S: Chocolate protein pudding (greek yogurt + scoop protein) with lots of strawberries

L: Spaghetti squash w/ turkey meat, sauce, and ricotta cheese

S: Protein bread + PB

D: Tilapia, rice, veggies, with a peanut satay sauce

L: 3oz protein (I think there's still some sirloin in the fridge) 1/2 cup veggies

S: ?  maybe a bag of popchips or 100 cal. bag of popcorn or a ww string cheese

D: 3oz baked chicken thigh, 1/2 cup veggies

S: supreme protein carb conscious bar
