Tasty "NEW" Sauce
Last Saturday night while preparing dinner to welcome our granddaughter home from her freshman year of college, my son and I were trying to come up with appetizer ideas using the leftover sirloin steak from Friday night's dinner...
We sliced the steak (which was cooked med-rare) in 1/4 in slices and re-grilled them for just a minute to warm them up...
Here's the good part...
Equal parts hot wing sauce and teriyaki sauce makes a great dipping sauce...spicy, but not too hot and very delicious! Made eating the steak easier for me (my afternoon snack of 1.5 oz dense protein) without adding a ton of calories! Everyone liked it, we could eat it with our fingers while playing a heated game of pictionary!
