Protein bars:

Supreme protein carb conscious (snack size)

Balance Gold Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch (very tasty)

Zone Perfect Dark Chocolate

I like the first two a little better. The Zone Perfect have a tad more sugar in them than I'd like, but I can find them easily in stores.  The other two are a bit more difficult to find.  I usually order them from netrition.com

I've recently been enjoying Dr. Kracker Pumpkin Seed/Cheddar Organic Artisan flatbread with a wedge of laughing cow cheese for breakfast.  135 calories/ 7g protein and easy to eat while driving.

If I have time to eat at home, I like steelcut oatmeal (bob's red mill is my favorite) 170 calories/7 g protein.  It can be made overnight in the crockpot or oven and then it's ready when you get up.

HungryGirl.com has some really good "egg in a mug" recipes.

Check the daily "what I am eating today" posts for more ideas.

Protein shake. I am one of those weird people that doesn't mind them. Good to go for about 4 hours after having one.

The most nutritious and "Band Friendly" food would be a protein shake.  I like to mix mine with coffee.  Put in 1 1/2 or 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder with 8 ounces of 1% milk and 1 or 2 tsp's of splenda.  Shake it like crazy.  Then add 8-10 ounces of hot coffee.  So good.

Also, if you want something easy and "On-the-go", Jimmy Dean makes these breakfast sandwiches called D-lights.  They're in the frozen food section under breakfast, near the sausages, hashbrowns and waffles.  They're breakfast sandwiches, on bagels, muffins or croissants and they are all under 300 calories and sooooo good.

I do the 100 calorie fruit and cottage cheese or Greek yougurt.  I also love 1/2 whole wheat bagel, lite cream cheese and cracked pepper salmon.  I do a lot of hard boiled eggs and scrambled egg whites too.
