that's what they are called, made by western bagel. They have 100 cal, no sugar,  less than 1 gram fat,  5g fiber 14 carbs, 8grams protein. they are kept in the refrigerator section at walmart

Ready43,
Funny I see this post.  I was just looking at the grocery store for breakfast stuff.  I actually still use my Atkins protein shakes.  Then some times I will have a 100 Greek yogurt for snack.  I really wish the Smartones breakfast items weren't so high in calories, but they are for me....I actually wish I could find some good protein powder, unflavored, but I don't even know where to start??

What kinds of protein bars does everyone like??

I can't wait to see some more suggestions....

Thank you Cheyenne.....Can you put it in your coffee and such??  It doesn't thicken the beverage does it?

I'd be careful with putting it in coffee.  Most protein powders will destabilize above about 110 degrees and the protein falls out and clumps up at the bottom of your beverage.  It's fairly... disgusting.  I had that happen once with the Unjury chicken flavor (when I was still using those pre and post op) and I wasn't ever able to look at the stuff again.

Unjury has an unflavored protein powder. I just ordered some from their website.
